The Barren Conquest

by Liwaut

Travelers who cross into the Nether Roof find The Barren Conquest, a Forge dimension of three distinct biomes that adds its own blocks, materials, mobs and allies.

ForgeClient and serverAll rights reserved1.20.1

What it does

The Barren Conquest adds a new dimension, the Nether Roof, with three biomes. The Barren biome is the most common, Yellow Forest is a warmer area, and Soul Sand Peaks is the rarest and a freezing place. Each biome has its own structures, mobs and characteristics, and the dimension also introduces new blocks, materials, mobs and allies to find while exploring.

The last part of the content is a set of dungeons. One of them, Satan's Catacomb, ends with a final boss, so the dimension leads from exploration to a fight at its end. The mod runs on Forge for 1.20.1 only, and it needs to be installed on both the client and the server. It is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.

Key features

  1. Three Nether Roof biomes

Barren, Yellow Forest and Soul Sand Peaks each carry their own structures, mobs and traits.

  2. New blocks and materials

  3. Allies and mobs

Mobs and allies are placed across the biomes, some of them available only in specific areas.

  4. Final dungeon boss

Satan's Catacomb is a dungeon at the end of the progression, where a final boss waits.
