thaumic_funnel is a Forge storage mod for 1.12.2 that adds a funnel-based way to feed and drain Thaumic Tinkerer essentia jars, and it works on client and server.
What it does
The mod modifies the Thaumic Tinkerer jars. It lets larger jars, such as the Mithrillium and Adaminite jars from Thaumic Additions, be used in automated setups, and it adds enhancements that make automation easier. A funnel placed on a jar can move its contents in and out, and a hopper beneath the funnel receives what comes out.
Redstone signals can be applied to the funnel to control that transfer. The jars can also be filled and emptied directly through pipes, and essentia can be loaded or unloaded with phials. Each jar can be measured with a comparator, which reports whether it is completely empty or full. The Essentia Meter block displays the essence level of a connected hopper, and its scale changes color to give a visual reading of the stored quantity.
The server and every player need the mod installed. The files target Forge for 1.12.2 only, and the latest file is 0.6, published on 2025-11-01. The code is released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, and it is not open source.
