Thaumic Renaissance is a Forge addon for Thaumcraft 4 on Minecraft 1.7.10 that adds new research, recipes and crafting options to the Thaumcraft magic system.

What it does

The addon adds a new tab of research entries covering the Arcane Crucible, the Compound Wand and casting recipes, plus processing recipes for items in the Thaumcraft tree. A config file lets the server turn the harder Expert recipes on or off, and it also includes integration options for other mods. Thaumic Renaissance needs NemexLib, and it is installed on both the client and the server. Its only Forge build is for 1.7.10, with the latest file 1.5.2.2 published on 2025-12-15 under a custom license that is not open source.

Welcome to Thaumic Renaissance, a brand new Thaumcraft 4 addon still in active development. The mod currently add a new tab and researches for Arcane, Crucible and Compound (Wand casting) recipes for processing wood. The config file allow to turn on/off Expert mode (harder recipes) and Integrations.
