Tesseract
With Tesseract, players link blocks across the world into channels that move items, fluids and energy between them, at any distance and across dimensions.
What it does
Tesseract blocks are placed in pairs or groups on the same channel. Items, fluid and energy sent into one Tesseract come out of the others on that channel, so a storage or power network can span the whole world without conveyors. Right-clicking a Tesseract opens its screen, where a text field sets the channel name and a lock button chooses between a private channel and a public one.
The mod is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt across 51 release versions, 1.12 – 26.3. It is a client and server mod, so the server and every player need it. Fabric API, SuperMartijn642's Config Lib and SuperMartijn642's Core Lib are required. Jade and WTHIT are optional. The mod is released under All rights reserved and is not open source, though its source code and issue tracker are public.

Pocket Dimension is server required with client optional, covers 1.20.1 – 1.20.6 on all four loaders, and is open source under the MIT License.
