Tensura Mod brings the slimes, monsters and reincarnated characters of the Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken series into Minecraft, with skills that can be stolen, evolved and inherited.

What it does

After a player reincarnates, the character receives a random Unique Skill and any skills that match the requirements met at that point. Skills can be copied from defeated foes, using the Predator, Gluttony and Pride abilities, and some are gained by beating bosses such as the Orc Disaster, Starved Ifrit, Shizue and Charybdis. Each skill can be evolved with further evolution steps, and certain ones like Sage and Shadow Step can be upgraded.

Tensura Mod also adds subordinate and tameable creatures, including goblins, lizardmen, orcs and direwolves, which can be tamed or summoned as spirits. Killing Otherworlders can have consequences, since a player's maximum health drops to 50% and a 5% chance to gain the Survivor skill is added. Intelligent Slime is a rare spawn with a small chance to yield a valuable reward. The mod runs on Forge for 1.16.5 only and needs both the server and every player to install it.

  1. Reincarnation and skills

    Starting a new world begins with a reincarnation, where meeting the requirements grants a Unique Skill chosen at random.

  2. Skill stealing

    Predator, Gluttony and Pride let a character copy skills from defeated creatures, though the result is never certain.

  3. Tameable and summoned creatures

    Goblins, lizardmen, orcs and direwolves can be tamed or summoned as subordinates, unlike the vanilla tameable mobs.

  4. Skill evolution

    Skills evolve through further evolution steps, and certain skills can be upgraded to a higher form.

  5. Model and race changes

    A model skin change lets the character look like other races, which requires the Morph Mod to be installed for some looks.

No. Tensura Mod is published for Forge only, with the latest file, 1.7.1, targeting 1.16.5.

Yes. Installation covers the server and each player's game.

Is Morph Mod required?

Only for the race look changes. Without Morph Mod, the model skin change does not replace the character's appearance.
