Slime Time
by Cassian
Slime Time expands the Slime theme with boots, throwable balls and buckets, plus dyeable Slime Blocks that can be used in redstone builds.
What it does
The mod adds Slime Boots, which let a player wearing them bounce, along with throwable Slime Balls and Slime Buckets. Slimes generate in a range of common colours, and colourful Slimes drop coloured Slime Balls. Thrown coloured balls come in several shades, and mixing two slime balls merges their dyes.
Throwing a Slime Ball applies a new effect to the entity it hits, causing the afflicted target to bounce around. Slime Blocks come in several colours, and coloured Slime Blocks stick to other blocks, which allows more complex redstone contraptions. Coloured Slime Balls stack together so inventories do not fill up quickly.
Slime Time is published for Fabric and NeoForge across six release versions, 1.21.1 – 26.3, and needs Fabric API on Fabric together with Modefite - Item Definition Backport on both loaders. McQoy and Mod Menu are optional. Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. It is released under the MIT License and is open source, and the source code and issue tracker are public.
