Sky Artifacts (Change Weather & Time)
Sky Artifacts adds Rainstones, Thunderstones, Frozen Clocks and Timestones that let players and their friends change the weather and the time of day.
What it does
Rainstones and Thunderstones toggle rain or thunder. Using a Rainstone stops rain while it falls, or starts a five-minute rain when the sky is clear, and the stone is consumed on use. A Thunderstone works the same way but starts thunder instead. Both are crafted from Lapis Lazuli and a Water Bucket, and the Thunderstone adds redstone energy to a Rainstone.
Frozen Clocks stop the day and night cycle for ten minutes and are consumed on use, which can extend a night or hold a daylight scene for screenshots. Timestones record the exact current time when empty ones are charged, take on a color for the saved period, and set the time when right-clicked. A Timestone held in the offhand can be copied onto an empty one. Files exist for Fabric, Forge and Quilt, and the data pack form is available as well.

Client Time is a client-side only mod, open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, with builds for Fabric and Quilt across 1.20.2 – 1.21.11, so it changes only what one player sees. SleepTimer is client-side only, released under CC0 1.0 Universal and not open source, for Fabric 1.20.1 – 1.21.11. Sky Artifacts works on the server and is optional on the client, so it changes the actual world for everyone on a server.
