Sirencraft

by Velocity250WX

Sirencraft adds semi-realistic air raid sirens that players can craft, dye and wire up for disaster and emergency calls on Forge and NeoForge.

ForgeNeoForgeClient and serverAll rights reserved1.20.1 – 1.21.1

What it does

Sirens are crafted in survival and sound off when a redstone signal reaches them. Once powered, a siren keeps running for three minutes, and it can be activated again after its wind-down finishes. The sirens are dyeable, a dye crafting table paints them using common CD paint schemes, and new fence types let sirens be mounted on fences. Siren sounds stop when the block is broken, and the player and explosions are not affected.

The mod is built to fit survival play. Each siren needs a drive, wire and cable installed before it works, and one siren is enough to warn a close area, since the range matches real-life counterparts. Rotational sirens animate properly in some situations, and an addon adds further survival-friendly content. A full region of 1024 x 1024 blocks is covered by the signal range.

Sirencraft runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files are published for Forge and NeoForge, with 1.4.3 as the latest build for 1.20.1 and for 1.21.1, both dated 2026-10-13. The project is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.

Key features

  1. Redstone-triggered sirens

A right-clicked siren can be set to a signal, and a redstone power input activates it.

  2. Dyeable air raid sirens

Sirens take dye, and a dye crafting table paints them with common CD paint schemes.

  3. Fence mounts

New fence types hold sirens, so a siren can be placed on a fence line.

  4. Timed wind-down cycle

A powered siren runs for three minutes and can be triggered again once the wind-down ends.
