Sharpening Stools
Sharpening Stools adds two Fabric blocks, a Sharpening Stool and a Greater Sharpening Stool, that push tool and weapon enchantments past their vanilla caps.
What it does
A Sharpening Stool raises the primary enchantments Efficiency, Sharpness and Power to level 10, so swords, axes and pickaxes gain those effects at higher strength. The Greater Sharpening Stool handles the secondary and utility enchantments, taking Fortune and Looting to level 5, and Unbreaking to level 10, where it turns the item Unbreakable.
The price of each upgrade follows the target level. Upgrades inside vanilla limits take the tool's base material, such as planks, cobblestone, iron ingots or diamonds, in an amount matching the target. Upgrades past vanilla limits require Netherite Ingots instead, for example 16 for Fortune 5 and 32 for Unbreaking 10, which makes the tool completely unbreakable.
The mod is a standalone Fabric mod built on the PCKR Engine, and it adds progressive tier blocks that extend tool and weapon enchantments beyond vanilla limits. Because the post-vanilla upgrades rely on Netherite Ingots, which are rare, the cost is meant to stay high. It runs on client and server, and it is published for 26.1.2 only.
