Flamethrower, Flame Weapons and Tools & Dimension adds fire-themed weapons, tools, armor and a new dimension to Forge games on 1.20.1 – 1.20.4.
What it does
The content centers on the fire element. Flamethrowers, grenades and incendiary bombs sit beside fire extinguishers and a few heavier explosives, while a series of fire-themed tools, enchantments and armor rounds out the set. Crafting relies on simple fire-related recipes built from consumable materials, and the additions are meant to make survival combat more varied while keeping vanilla balance in place.
A new dimension called Scorched Earth is added to the game. It is filled with evolved versions of vanilla mobs that present stronger challenges, along with rich mineral deposits and deep ore treasures. Several special foods with carefully tuned effects are also included.
The mod is built on vanilla mechanics and follows them as closely as possible. It needs Forge and is installed on both the client and the server, so every player on a server that runs it needs it too. Builds are published for 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3 and 1.20.4, with the latest Forge file for 1.20.4 released under the MIT License.
