Rulebook
by Libreh
Rulebook is a Fabric server mod that shows a rules screen to players who join a server.
What it does
Rulebook presents a rules screen on a server, and the server owner sets which rules players see. Its text can use Placeholder API Simplified Text Format, with per-player permissions handled through LuckPerms. Fabric API is required. The environment is server-side only, so players join without installing anything, and the code is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only.
Key features
Rules screening
Players are shown the server rules through a screen before they can continue playing.
Per-player text formatting
Rule text can be formatted with Placeholder API Simplified Text Format and varied by permissions set in LuckPerms.
Built on existing code
The rules logic follows the approach of the LilydevMC Rules project, which the author used as inspiration.
