Daggers
Daggers adds six dagger weapons to Fabric, one for each vanilla tool material from wood to netherite, for players who want a quicker melee option.
What it does
Each dagger is a separate item tied to a tool tier: Wooden, Stone, Iron, Golden, Diamond and Netherite. The series keeps the vanilla material progression, so a player moves up the list as gear improves. The mod targets Fabric only, and its files cover 1.19 – 1.19.4 across five release versions.
Daggers runs on client and server, so the server and every player need the mod for the weapons to work. It is released under the Apache License 2.0 and is not open source. Installation needs nothing beyond the mod file itself, and the latest file, 1.0.2, was built for 1.19.4 and dated 2023-04-10.
The weapons suit survival worlds and adventure maps where players fight with materials gathered during normal play. A server that wants a different melee feel can add them without changing vanilla crafting paths for other items.
