ResourcePack Server lets a Fabric server host a resource pack that connecting players receive when they join, set up through a config file generated on first run.
What it does
Once installed in the server's mods folder, the mod serves a resource pack from the server's resource pack directory. The server operator places the pack in that directory, starts the server, and the first run generates a config file where the pack's details are entered. Players then receive the pack as they connect, so no separate step is needed on their side.
The setup works by pointing the server's resource-pack option at the hosted file, so the server only has to be reachable over the network for the pack to reach players. Fabric API and Fabric Language Kotlin must both be present, because the mod depends on them to load. Files are published for Fabric only, for 1.19 – 1.21.1 across ten release versions, and the latest file is 1.0.8 for 1.21.1, dated 2024-09-28.
