Regexing hoppers lets hoppers filter the items they move by matching item names against a regular expression.

What it does

A hopper using this mod can be set to pass only items whose names match a regex pattern, so a single hopper can sort a mixed stream of items by name. Items that do not match are left in place or passed on as the hopper's setup dictates, and an invalid pattern is rejected before it takes effect. Renaming a hopper with an anvil is part of the setup described by the author.

Adds advanced item filtering capabilities to hoppers using regular expressions. Just name a hopper in an anvil to a regex and you are good to go. The hopper will not input or output anything not matching the regex if its name is a valid regex.
