Recipe Stages lets a modpack lock Crafting table recipes behind game stages, so a recipe stays hidden until a player reaches the matching stage.

What it does

Recipe Stages is a Forge mod that gates Crafting table recipes on stages from Game Stages, which must be installed alongside it. Recipes stay unavailable until the player has earned the stage that gates them. CraftTweaker is optional and can be used to define the stage rules in scripts.

A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too. Published for Forge only, across 10 release versions 1.12 – 1.20.1, and the latest file is 8.0.0.2 for 1.20.1. The code is released under the MIT License, and the source is public.
