Pricks 'n' Planks gives cactus a full wood set, so players can build with cactus planks, stairs, doors and boats.
What it does
A pottery sherd is included as well. The color palette is green, and the author notes it pairs well with bamboo blocks, so the set suits desert or green-themed builds that the vanilla game does not cover.
Cactus is also made into throwable and ranged items. A throwable cactus deals damage over time when it sticks to a hit entity and can be reused, while Cactus TNT explodes without damaging terrain and launches cacti in scattered directions. The mod requires Fabric API and is published for Fabric only, across the 1.21.6 – 1.21.11 range, with 1.0.7-1.21.11 for 1.21.11 as the latest file. It runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it, and it is released under All rights reserved, which means it is not open source.

Every block in the cactus set, from planks and slabs through stairs, fence gates, doors and trapdoors, to buttons, pressure plates and both sign styles, is crafted out of cactus.
Cactus boats
Boats and chest boats use the cactus wood type, so they can be crafted and placed like other wood boats.
Throwable cactus
A thrown cactus is reusable and deals damage over time when it sticks to a hit entity.
Cactus TNT
Cactus TNT explodes without damaging terrain and scatters throwable cacti in several directions, which suits crowd control.
