PortalTransform lets players hurl items through portals so they undergo elemental conversion, with possible byproducts, for Forge and NeoForge.

What it does

Items thrown into a portal are converted from one element to another, and the conversion can yield additional byproducts. The mod also adds a new portal recipe. Transmutation chains are defined in JSON files placed in the datapack directory, so server owners can change the conversions without rebuilding the mod. The server and every player need the mod installed. Builds cover 1.20.1 – 1.21.11 under the MIT License, and the code is open source.
