PolyHopper links a Minecraft server's chat with a Discord channel, with formats that server owners can configure in detail.
What it does
Messages sent in the game can be relayed to a Discord channel and the other way around, so players and Discord users share one conversation. Message formats are set in the configuration file, where the layout of each direction is written out. PluralKit members are supported, so messages from a system's proxied members appear under the right name.
Markdown is converted into a simple text form, and placeholder API support lets other content fill format fields. Environment is server-side only, so players join without installing anything, and only the server needs the mod. Quilted Fabric API (QFAPI) and Quilt Standard Libraries (QSL) are required and must be installed alongside it. Files target 1.19.2 – 1.20.2 on Quilt, and the latest release is 0.2.0 for 1.20.2, published under the Apache License 2.0 as open source.
