PokeDropEMI Addon

by CallMeLoxy

With PokeDropEMI Addon installed, players can check which Cobblemon Pokémon drop a given item without leaving the EMI item browser.

FabricClient-side onlyAll rights reserved1.21.1

What it does

The addon adds a dedicated PokeDrops category to EMI. Each entry lists the Pokémon that drop an item, with quantity and chance shown in a tooltip. Pressing R on an item opens its drop information, so the lookup happens in the same place where recipes and items are already browsed. Translated Pokémon names are supported.

The category reads Cobblemon's runtime drop tables, so drops from spawn pools, world drops and datapacks that are visible to the local client are included. Contextual conditions are shown in a compact layout. The mod only reads data available on the client, which is why it is set up as a client-side addon.

Installation needs Cobblemon, EMI and Fabric API, all of which must be present on Fabric for 1.21.1. Cobblemon: Mega Showdown is an optional dependency and adds its own entries when installed. The addon is released as 1.0.0, last updated 2026-04-29, under All rights reserved; the code is not open source.

Key features

  1. PokeDrops EMI category

A new category inside EMI lists the Pokémon drops for each item in a clean, simple layout.

  2. Drop quantity and chance

A tooltip shows how many of an item a Pokémon drops and how likely the drop is.

  3. Drop lookup with R

Pressing R on an item in EMI opens the Pokémon that drop it, with no need to open a Pokédex.

  4. Runtime drop tables

Drop data comes from Cobblemon's runtime tables, including spawn pools, world drops and locally visible datapacks.

Use cases

Checking materials

Players looking for a specific material can see which Pokémon drop it and where to hunt, instead of searching through menus.

Planning crafting

Crafting runs that need rare drops can be planned from inside EMI, next to the recipes that use the items.

Who it’s for: Players who use EMI with Cobblemon on Fabric for 1.21.1 and want drop information in the same view as recipes. Server owners do not need to install it, since the mod is client-side only.
