With Personality, players can sit and crawl in the world, and a set of small visual tweaks changes how banners, snow, villagers, Ghasts and sheep look and behave.

What it does

Personality adds sitting and crawling actions, along with several configurable tweaks to the game's visuals and animations. The tweaks cover equippable banners, snow layers that fall during snowfall, a model for the fishing hook, a Ghast attack animation, larger heads on baby villagers, villagers that close their eyes while sleeping, and an overlay for dyed sheared sheep.

The mod requires Blueprint on both Forge and NeoForge. It runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it, and it is released under a custom license that is not open source. Builds exist for 1.16.5 – 1.21.1, and the latest files are 4.1.0 for 1.20.1 on Forge and 5.0.2 for 1.21.1 on NeoForge.

    Players can sit down on blocks and crawl, adding poses that the vanilla game does not offer.

    Banners can be worn in the armor slot, where they appear on the player model.

  4. Villager and Ghast details

    Baby villagers get larger heads, sleeping villagers close their eyes, and Ghasts use a new attack animation.
