pbwarps

by Patbox

Admins define warps with pbwarps, a Fabric mod that lets them create, edit and remove named teleport points on a server.

FabricServer-side onlyGNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 onlyOpen source1.21.1 – 26.3

What it does

pbwarps is a simple admin tool for warp points. An administrator creates a warp with the warps create command and can attach several extra parameters to it: a custom formatted name, an icon, a position and rotation, and a predicate that limits who may use it. Existing warps can be changed later with warps modify, and warps info shows the stored details of one warp, while warps remove deletes it. The warps teleport command moves other players to a warp and skips predicate checks, so an admin can send anyone there.

Predicates follow the Predicate API format described by the author. Each predicate type takes its own argument before the predicate data, so the same warp can be restricted by different conditions. Because the mod depends on Polymer, it can serve resource packs to players and show a nicer-looking interface for warp selection. pbwarps is server-side only: players join without installing anything, and the mod is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, which makes it open source. Files cover 1.21.1 – 26.3 on Fabric, with snapshot builds published.

Key features

  1. Admin-defined warps

Administrators create warp points with a single command and can later inspect or delete them.

  2. Custom warp appearance

Each warp can carry a formatted name, an icon, a position and a rotation.

  3. Predicate-based access

Warps can be limited with predicates written in the Predicate API format, each taking its own argument.

  4. Editing and inspection

Existing warps can be modified, and the info subcommand displays their stored details.

  5. Admin teleport

The teleport command sends a player to a warp and skips predicate checks.

Can a warp be limited to certain players?

Yes. A predicate can be attached to a warp so that only players who meet its condition can use it.

Which game versions does pbwarps support?

Files cover 1.21.1 – 26.3 on Fabric, and the latest file is 1.5.0+26.3-rc-1 for 26.3.
