PandaLib
PandaLib is a library mod that gives other mod developers ready-made APIs for configs, networking, events and registration.
What it does
Developers use PandaLib as a shared base instead of writing their own configuration, synchronization and registration code. Its feature list covers a Config API, a Synchronization API, a JSON format preset, an Event and Listener API, a Deferred registration API, a Networking API and support for the play phase. A Multi-Loader Framework is listed as a work in progress.
Mods that depend on PandaLib need Architectury API and Fabric API installed beside it, and the library itself is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge. Because it is a library, it only has to be present where a dependent mod loads, and it can be run on a client, a server, or both. The files target 1.19.2 – 1.21.11 across 20 release versions, and the mod is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only.
The description notes that the library is written in Kotlin, and that some of its APIs may not be fully supported from Java. Development is currently targeted at 1.21.10. Public links exist for the source code and the issue tracker.

How it compares
Brick Lib API covers Fabric, Forge and NeoForge for 1.18.2 – 1.21.5 and is open source under the Apache License 2.0, so it reaches older versions than PandaLib. NoxaFrame is a client-side only option for 1.20.1 – 1.21.1 under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. EventsLib is NeoForge only for 1.21 – 1.21.5 and is not open source, and the environment is client and server.
