Owleaf Playback lets players show videos, GIFs and still images on the Minecraft screen, using the WATERMeDIA multimedia API.
What it does
On the client, Owleaf Playback plays video, animated GIF and image files on-screen. It needs WATERMeDIA: Multimedia API to work, and the card's author notes say the mod does not function without the server plugin it depends on. Only the client runs the mod, and it is published for Forge on 1.20.1, with the latest file 1.0.3 dated 2025-12-01. The code is not open source; the mod is released under All rights reserved.
