Option Focus Fix corrects a focus bug that Mojang introduced in 1.19.4, where an option stays highlighted after the cursor has left it.

What it does

In 1.19.4 an option set can keep its focus after a click, even once the pointer moves away, and this mod resets that focus so it follows the hover state again. It is a Fabric mod released under the MIT License, and it is open source, with public source code and an issue tracker. Files cover 16 release versions, 1.19.4 – 26.1.1, and the latest build is 1.6.0 for 26.1.1, published on 2026-04-01.

In 1.19.4, Mojang added yet another Bug. When you click an option, it will set focused. But for some reason it doesn't get unfocused whenever you stop hovering over it. This Mod fixes this.
