OnlyCraftOnce
by Ommie
OnlyCraftOnce limits how many times each item can be crafted in a world, so a server can cap recipes that would otherwise be unlimited.
What it does
Each time a player increases the times-crafted statistic for an item, the mod counts it. Once the count reaches a configured maximum, the recipe for that item stops producing output. Counts are stored per world, and the configuration applies globally to every world the server runs. Recipes that produce items through smelting, including modded ones, can be blocked the same way.
The mod is a server mod: server owners set the limits, and players join without installing it. It requires Fabric API and can also use Mod Menu and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) for its configuration screen. Files are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across seven game versions, 1.21.1 – 26.3, and the project is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial Share Alike 4.0, so it is not open source.
Key features
Per-item crafting limits
A maximum number of crafts can be set for each item, so a recipe stops working after it has been used that many times.
Per-world counts
Crafted totals are stored for each world, so one world's count does not affect another.
Modded smelting covered
Recipes that produce items through smelting can be restricted, including recipes added by other mods.
Readable configuration
Server owners adjust limits in a configuration file that is laid out to be understood without much effort.

Use cases
Limiting rare-item recipes
A server can allow only a fixed number of crafts for an item it wants to keep scarce, such as a heavily enchanted tool.
Who it’s for: Server owners who want to keep item supply in an economy or survival server under control.
How it compares
No More Mace is a mod is needed on the server, with the client optional, released under the MIT License, and it spans Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt for 1.21.8 – 26.2. Unlimited Enchantments is also server-focused under the MIT License, with files for 1.21 – 26.3 on the same four loaders. Single Mace is server-side only, under All rights reserved, and supports Fabric alone for 1.21 – 26.3. OnlyCraftOnce is not open source and is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, so its loader set is narrower than No More Mace's and Unlimited Enchantments'.

What the author says
You can set the maximum amount of times an item can be crafted. After it's been crafted that many times, any recipes that make that item won't work. (Warning: This mod has a duplication bug that idk how to fix)
