Omniscience Awakened

by BattleDog249

Omniscience Awakened is a Fabric client mod that makes hidden game elements visible without changing how gameplay works.

What it does

Invisible players, mobs and other targeted entities become visible through this mod. Targets are chosen through configurable entity targeting groups, so untargeted entities keep their normal invisibility. Barrier blocks can also be shown in survival mode, which requires holding a barrier item. Opacity of rendered invisible models can be adjusted, and name tag visibility has options with forced rendering modes.

The mod is a fork of the original Omniscience mod by thatDudo, maintained and improved by BattleDog249. Custom glow support for invisible entities is included. Fine-grained control is available through an in-game config screen, which keeps the experience configurable and lightweight.

Installation needs Fabric API, Cloth Config API and Mod Menu. Omniscience Awakened runs on the client alone, so servers and other players do not need it. Files exist for 1.21.11, 26.1, 26.1.1 and 26.1.2, the latest being 1.2.2 for 26.1.2, published 2026-05-02. The code is released under the CC0 1.0 Universal license and is open source.

  3. Adjustable model opacity

The opacity of rendered invisible models can be set, from faint outlines to nearly solid figures.

  4. Name tag options

Name tag visibility can be set, including forced rendering modes for entities that hide them.
