Numismatic Overhaul Reforged Again
With Numismatic Overhaul Reforged Again, players earn a Terraria style currency by killing Pillagers and exploring structures, and spend it through villager trades and a player shop.
What it does
The mod replaces the emerald economy with its own currency system. Coins are carried in a purse inventory that holds the player's riches, and they are obtained by killing Pillagers, exploring structures such as Bastions, Strongholds, Dungeons, Pillager Outposts and Buried Treasures, opening Desert Pyramids and Abandoned Mineshafts, and trading with Villagers. Villagers have been reworked so that their trades are priced in this currency and rebalanced for a more varied trading experience.
A player shop offers a simple way for players to trade items with one another. An owner opens its display, which uses the villager GUI, and configures the trades. When someone buys something, the money is stored within the shop and can be retrieved by the owner. The mod needs oωo (owo-lib) as a required dependency, and it is published for Forge and NeoForge, with files for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1 under the MIT License and open source. Servers that run it need every player to install it too.
Key features
Purse inventory
A purse holds the player's currency, separate from the normal inventory, so coins stay in one place.

Reworked villager trades
Villagers trade for the mod's currency instead of emeralds, and their trades are rebalanced.

A shop lets players sell items to each other, with the owner's money stored for retrieval.
