EMF Compat: Not Enough Animations
by stradat
EMF Compat: Not Enough Animations is a client-side patch that lets Not Enough Animations work correctly with animated player models.
What it does
Player animations from one model format keep playing while Not Enough Animations is active, instead of conflicting with it. Fresh Animations: Player Extension and Detailed Animations were used in testing, and any player animation resource pack is expected to function as well. Installation needs EMF Compat: Core and Not Enough Animations on Fabric, Forge or NeoForge, and the mod is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only as open source code.
Key features
Freecam support
Poses keep being captured and restored while the camera is detached, so animations stay accurate.
Visible body in first person
Animations still apply to the visible body in first-person view, provided the first-person model add-on is enabled.
Sprint exception handling
The compat layer is disabled while sprinting, except for BurningAnimation and FreezingAnimation.

A small client-side mod that pauses Entity Model Features player animations while Not Enough Animations is active. Tested with Fresh Animations: Player Extension and Detailed Animations but it should work with any player animation resource pack.
