More XFood, by MelanX, adds a few food items to the game, including a Chicken Fricassee and seeds dropped from tall grass.
What it does
Players who want more things to eat can craft and cook the foods this small Forge mod introduces. It was the author's first mod and covers a short list of additions, updated over time to follow later game versions. Only the client needs it in the sense that both sides must run it: the environment is client and server, so the server and every player need the mod installed.
Key features
Chicken Fricassee
A cooked dish added as the first food in the mod, aimed at the author's favourite recipe.
Seeds from tall grass
Breaking tall grass can drop seeds, giving players a farming source for the new crops.
Food additions
Several food items join the vanilla list, with recipes that place them in the normal cooking flow.
