MoreDisc
by MoonStudio
MoreDisc lets a Fabric server replace the real music on jukeboxes with a custom playlist, and the mod's discs add songs, from holiday tunes to house tracks.
What it does
Players drop a disc into a jukebox and hear the track that the disc carries. The mod transforms the playlist a jukebox plays, so a base, a party or a quiet room can have its own background music. Each disc shows its song title, and the artist name can appear where the disc supplies it. The collection mixes genres, with house music and a Christmas song among the tracks.
MoreDisc needs Fabric API and runs on Fabric for Minecraft 1.21.11. Installation covers the server and each player's game. It is released under the MIT License and is open source, and its source code is public. The first build was published on 2026-02-23 and the latest file, 2.0.0, followed on 2026-02-25 on the beta channel. Snapshot builds are not published.

Use cases
Background music for gatherings
A base or a party room can use jukeboxes to play a steady background mood while players talk or build.
Themed servers
Server owners who want music tied to a holiday or a joke theme can pick the discs that fit.
Who it’s for: Server owners and players who want jukeboxes to play a themed mix of songs. Because the disc set is small and the mod is new, it suits casual servers more than large projects that need a full music library.
How it compares
Audio disc is server-side only, runs on Fabric for 1.21.6 – 1.21.11 and is released under All rights reserved, so players join without installing it. A Very 1999 Christmas Music Discs needs the server but not the client, supports Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt for 1.21.2 – 1.21.11, and is under the MIT License. Nusic is client-side only, open source under the MIT License and published for 1.21.11, so it covers the same version as MoreDisc but only on the client.
