more potions 2
More Potions 2 adds brewable versions of status effects that vanilla Minecraft cannot brew, covering splash, lingering and tipped arrow variants.
What it does
Brewing in vanilla Minecraft offers a limited set of effects. This mod adds nine new potion effects to the brewing system, among them Haste, Levitation, Health Boost, Glowing, Darkness, Mining Fatigue, Hero of the Village, Bad Omen and Dolphin's Grace. Each one can be brewed as a regular potion, a splash potion, a lingering potion or a tipped arrow, so the same effects can be used in several ways.
The mod is aimed at players who build, explore, fight mobs, run adventure maps or create custom maps, and at modpack makers who want more variety from the brewing stand. It keeps the gameplay simple and stays compatible with vanilla mechanics, so the new potions follow the same rules as the ones already in the game. It runs on the server alone, so players join without installing it.
The mod is published for Fabric and Forge. Files exist for the game versions 1.19.2, 1.19.4, 1.20.1, 26.1.2 and 26.2, and the latest build for each loader is 1.0.0. It is licensed as All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
