More Jukebox/Noteblock Variants
More Jukebox/Noteblock Variants adds wood-type variants of jukeboxes and note blocks for Fabric, each with its own crafting recipe.
What it does
Vanilla jukeboxes and note blocks are crafted from one fixed recipe, and that recipe overrides the crafting variants that other wood-type mods add. When several mods add wood types, their recipes can collide. This mod takes a different route: its variants are built so they do not conflict with the vanilla recipe, and a datapack or companion mod can resolve the overlap across the More X Variants family, including craft jukeboxes and note blocks from other mods.
The server and every player need the mod installed. Its files cover game versions 1.20.1 – 26.2, with snapshot builds published for 26.1 and later, and the latest Fabric file is 1.2.4 for 26.2, dated 2026-06-20. The code is not open source; it is released under the Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial Share Alike 4.0 license. The source code and issue tracker are public.
Key features
Wood-type jukeboxes
Jukeboxes are added in several wood types, each placeable and usable like the vanilla block.
Wood-type note blocks
Note blocks come in matching wood types, so builds can use a consistent palette of variants.
Recipe conflict handling
The variants are designed so the vanilla jukebox and note block recipe is not overridden by other wood-type mods.
Cross-mod compatibility
Datapacks and companion mods in the More X Variants family can resolve recipe overlaps for the variants they add.

What the author says
How can I craft vanilla Jukeboxes/Noteblocks using modded wood types from Biomes o' Plenty, [Let's Do] mods, and others? Unfortunately, the vanilla Jukeboxes/Noteblock crafting recipe has to be overridden for the crafting of the variants to function.
