Mo-Foods
Mo-Foods adds a set of new cooked and crafted dishes to Minecraft, among them whole watermelons, chicken noodle soup and french fries.
What it does
Mo-Foods adds a range of new food items, including an edible whole watermelon, a chicken noodle soup described as curing several ailments, a set of soups and stews, french fries, fish chips, potato salad and chicken nuggets. Each dish's recipe becomes available once a player gathers the main ingredients it uses, so the new foods appear gradually as a world progresses.
The server must run the mod, while the client side is optional, so players can join a server that runs it without adding anything to their own game. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and the builds cover 1.21 – 1.21.8 across nine release versions, with 1.5.5 for 1.21.8 as the latest file, dated 2025-08-27. The mod is released under All rights reserved and is not open source. It was first published on 2025-01-17.

Use cases
Survival progression
Players who gather crops, fish and mushrooms can cook new dishes as they collect each ingredient.
Server food economies
Server owners who want a wider food menu can add the mod on the server alone, without asking players to install anything.
Who it’s for: Players on Fabric, Forge, NeoForge or Quilt who want more cooked dishes in survival, and server owners who want a larger food menu without requiring client installs.
