New Foods! adds new food items to Minecraft, including a Fish Chips dish, for players who want more to eat in survival.
What it does
The mod adds new foods to the game as items that can be eaten like the vanilla ones. The author describes Fish Chips as one of the added dishes, and notes that more food is planned for later builds. Textures for the new items are included in the beta files.
Every player and the server need a copy of the mod. Files are published for NeoForge only, across six release versions 1.21.4 – 1.21.9, and the latest file is 1.2 for 1.21.9 on the beta channel, dated 2025-10-05. The first file was published on 2025-09-28.
The author's notes mention an error reported in the beta build and ask players to contact the author about it. The mod is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.
