Mine Mine No Mi Black Blades
by YumiSlove
Mine Mine No Mi Black Blades turns Forge swords into Black Blades, a weapon type that gains curses, ranks and Haki effects as it is used.
What it does
A forged sword can awaken as a Black Blade once it meets the requirements, which include using it long enough and fighting strong enemies while holding Haki. The transformation is announced to the server, and the blade's curses are stored on the item itself and shown in its tooltip. Curses are random by default, so some blades are much rarer or more dangerous than others, and admin commands can test them directly.
Black Blades keep evolving through use. Killing enough enemies after forging raises the blade's rank, and higher ranks grant better critical bonuses. Legendary blades, including the Meito grading system with named weapons, are announced server-wide when achieved. Brawlers can also forge their own fists, and training hard enough with bare hands turns them into Black Fists.
Installation needs Forge, and the environment is client and server, so the server and every player need the mod. Files are published for Forge only, with the latest build 1.4.5 for 1.20.6, released on 2026-04-26. Seven release versions cover the game versions in this range, and the code is not open source, under All rights reserved.
Key features
Curse-based awakening
A forged sword awakens with one of three curses, and the curse rolls are set by default with rarity varying per blade.
Rank progression
Kills after forging raise the blade's rank, and higher ranks add stronger critical bonuses.
Haki activation
Busoshoku Haki can be held for a set time, and holding it while fighting helps the blade transform.
Named legendary weapons
Legendary blades such as the Meito follow a grading system and are announced to the server when achieved.
Imbued dark tint
