Milking Players

Milking Players lets a player fill a bucket from a cow and drink it, with the cost tied to hunger, and the server owner decides how the feature works.
What it does
Milking Players is a Forge mod for 1.20.1. Players milk a cow with an empty bucket and drink the milk, and each bucket draws down 4 hunger points. Saturation is used up first, then the food bar. Glass bottles can also be filled, so a bottle holds a quarter of a bucket and costs 1 hunger point. Players in Creative mode keep their hunger bar and cannot be milked.
The mod is a joke and a light addition to survival rather than a cheat. Whether a player can be milked is decided by that player's gender, and the genders that qualify are set in the config. Taking off the chestplate is required before a player can be milked, because the mod treats it as an important armor piece. Servers and clients each read their own config, so a server setting does not force a client setting.
The mod is published for 1.20.1 on Forge, with the latest file dated 2026-04-01. Its files cover 1.16.5 – 1.20.1 across nine release versions. Servers that run it need every player to install it too. Farmer's Delight and Female Gender Mod are optional. The code is under the MIT License and is not open source.
