Mending Bob

Mending Bob restores the item bob animation that Mojang removed in 1.21.11, so items visibly bob when their durability changes from Mending.
What it does
When an item is repaired by the Mending enchantment, or its durability changes through use, the item bobs in the hand and on the ground again. The author describes this as a useful visual cue that shows an item has been repaired, which was lost in the 1.21.11 update. The mod is client-side only, so only the player's own client needs it, and servers run without it. It is published for Fabric and NeoForge, with files for 1.21.11, 26.1.2, 26.2 and 26.3, and is released under the MIT License as open source.
Installation needs no additional libraries beyond the loader itself. Latest builds, 1.0.2+26.3, are dated 2026-09-27 for both loaders.
