Meal API Addon
by milkev
Meal API Addon lets Meal API's fullness bar take in saturation that would otherwise be lost once a player's hunger is full.
What it does
When saturation overflows, the excess fills Meal API's fullness bar instead of vanishing. Complex foods that grant large saturation values, such as those worth x12, keep their full benefit this way. The addon is a server-side mod for Fabric and is published for 1.20 and 1.20.1, with version 1.0.1 for 1.20.1 as the latest file. It needs Meal API to run, and servers that add it are the only side that installs it.
Key features
Saturation overflow kept
Saturation beyond the hunger limit is stored in the fullness bar rather than being discarded.
Large saturation values preserved
Foods granting high saturation amounts, including complex items worth x12, do not lose their surplus.
Automatic mod compatibility
Excess saturation from other food mods is routed into Meal API's fullness bar without extra setup.

What the author says
Feel free to @ me in my discord if Meal API gets an update, as I naturally cant update this mod unless Meal API gets updated. This mod helps waste less saturation by pushing overflowing saturation into Meal API's fullness bar.
