Mage Flame adds a spell that creates a light source which follows the player wherever they go.

What it does

The spell is cast with a scroll crafted from vanilla ingredients, and mana is spent each time it is used. Casters level up their mana pool as they progress through the mage classes. The light source it creates moves with the spellcaster rather than staying where it was placed. The mod runs on Fabric and Forge and requires GottschCore and oωo (owo-lib). It is a client and server mod, so the server and every player need it, and it is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 or later, which makes it open source. Files cover 1.18.2 – 1.20.1 across four release versions.
