Limen is a Forge mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 that brings strong bosses and original creatures into the vanilla survival world.
What it does
The mod aims to bring other creatures and major bosses into the Minecraft universe, placed within the vanilla survival setting. Its story is meant to expand over time, with the Ender Dragon and Wither defeated before players step beyond the doors they find. After escaping a threat such as the White Pumpkin Head Killer, players may face a Cult Leader, the Qia Council and a Calamity Empire, and the author describes the bosses as feasible for players to defeat.
Many of the textures and models are original, and most of the code is written through a codex. Patchouli Handbook is used as a guide that players can craft, and the author notes that Redstone computers and Ancient Makers appear in a story mode. The next version is planned to improve the view of beta content, and the project is still in a testing stage.
