Light Modifier

Light Modifier lets players set the light level of placed light blocks, from 0 to 15, in survival and other modes.
What it does
Light blocks placed in the world can have their brightness changed from 0 to 15, so a light source can be dimmed or set to full strength. The behavior follows vanilla light blocks, which are fully transparent and emit light. The mod was originally made by HewkawAr for Fabric and is released under the MIT License, though it is not open source. Files exist for 1.20.1 – 1.20.6, and the environment is client and server, so the server and every player need it.
Key features
Adjustable brightness
Light blocks can be set anywhere from brightness 0 to 15, giving finer control over how much light a placed block emits.
Vanilla-style light blocks
Placed light blocks stay fully transparent and still emit light, matching the behavior of the vanilla light block.
Free for modpacks and events
The author allows free use in modpacks, events and similar projects, which suits lighting setups on servers.
