What it does

Legendary Armory: The Zelda Mod brings items and mechanics from the Zelda series into vanilla Minecraft, drawing on Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask among others. The items are meant to be found and used inside the existing game, not handed out in a separate progression. Most of the 56 items can be obtained in at least two ways, including fishing, archaeology, villager trades and Piglin bartering, and some are gained through interactions with mobs and structures.

The mod adds three dungeons with a few secret structures, and the Master Sword can be upgraded through Master Upgrade Templates. These templates appear in structures, archaeology and fishing, and they set the pace of the item progression. Most items can be upgraded, and about 40 advancements point players toward the next goal when they get stuck. The mod is built to sit alongside vanilla gameplay rather than replace it.

The mod runs on Forge for Minecraft 1.20.1 and is published only for that version, with 1.5.3 as the latest file, updated on 2026-09-02. Installation covers the server and each player's game. The code is not open source; it is released under All rights reserved, and public links exist for the source, issue tracker and wiki.
