Leashable Collars (Unofficial Port)
by Dipilyftos
Leashable Collars (Unofficial Port) lets players attach collars to other players so one can be leashed by another, with paw-tag and ownership features added on top.
What it does
The mod is an unofficial port of jlortiz0's Leashable Collars, rebuilt on the Accessories Unofficial Fabric port, and it adds dyeable collars with separate paw-tag colors. Players open the dye screen by holding Shift and right-clicking a collar. A tagless collar version also exists, which looks like the same collar without a paw tag.
Ownership works through deeds. A blank deed can be stamped by right-clicking a sign with it in hand, and a stamped deed records an owner, while a consenting owned player can be put on a collar. Collars are craftable together with a collar bind, so a collar can be made in the same recipe as its binding item. Curios API, Fabric API and oωo (owo-lib) are required on Fabric, and the mod is open source under the MIT License.
Files are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge across 22 release versions, 1.20.1 – 26.2, with game versions 1.20.1 – 26.2 covered. Because the environment is client and server, both the server and every player need the mod. Gamerule names differ by version: from 1.21.8 they use lowerCamelCase such as playerAllowAttackOwner, and from 1.21.9 they use snake case with the playercollars prefix.
