Lava Chicken adds Steve's lava chicken from the Minecraft Movie, installed through a datapack on the server.

What it does

The mod brings the lava chicken from the Minecraft Movie into the game as a datapack. Installation is manual: the zip goes into the datapacks folder of the world, unzipped or dropped in as is, and the world is then reloaded with the reload command so the datapack loads.

Because the content is delivered through a datapack, the server is the side that needs it, while players can join without installing anything. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, all for 26.3 as the latest version, and the license is the MIT License, so the code is open source. The source code and issue tracker are public.
