Kaleidoscopic
Kaleidoscopic brings Minecraft's sixteen dyes into building blocks, doors, ladders and rock types, each with its own color and texture identity.
What it does
The mod is a building and decoration set centered on the dyes Minecraft already provides. Dyed wooden doors and trapdoors, dyed ladders, and a range of dyed rocks are added, so a builder can pick a color for a structure instead of relying only on natural wood and stone tones. Dyed rock is produced by combining dyes with stone, following the same logic that gives cobblestone its form, and the set extends to dyed chiseled rock, dyed rock bricks, dyed rock variants and dyed lamps.
The content is intended for survival builds, creative projects and multiplayer servers. JinxedLib must be installed on every loader, since the mod depends on it. Kaleidoscopic runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files are published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, and the 26.1.2 builds cover the current release. The source code is public, and the code is under All rights reserved, so it is not open source.
Key features
Dyed wooden doors and trapdoors
Wooden doors, trapdoors and ladders are available in the dye colors, so entrances match the palette of a build.
Dyed rocks from dye mixing
Rock is dyed by mixing dyes with it, producing colored stone that follows the same logic as cobblestone.
Chiseled and brick rock variants
Dyed chiseled rocks, dyed rock bricks and other rock variants let a builder keep one color across a full stone set.
Dyed lamps
Lamps come in the dye colors as well, giving interiors and facades light sources that fit the chosen palette.
Toggleable features
Individual parts of the mod can be switched on or off in its config file, so a pack can keep only the blocks it uses.

Who it’s for: Builders and decorators working on survival, creative or multiplayer worlds who want colored wood and stone without leaving vanilla crafting patterns.
How it compares
Renewable Rocks is open source under the MIT License and runs on the server with an optional client, for 1.21.1 – 26.2. Dyes Reimagined is server required with an optional client, under a custom license and not open source, for 1.20 – 26.3. Unidye is client and server, not open source and under All rights reserved, but it is Fabric only and covers 1.20 – 1.21.1. Kaleidoscopic is the only option here that runs on client and server across all four loaders.
