Just Scythe adds scythe weapons in several tiers, from golden to netherite, that players can craft or obtain with a command.

What it does

The scythes come in golden, iron, diamond and netherite tiers, and each one is craftable. Each tier deals a different amount of damage, so a scythe can be used in place of a sword for melee combat. Players who prefer a dedicated weapon for fighting or for clearing grass get the scythe as a separate item rather than a swapped sword.

Scythes reach mobs from 0.5 blocks further away than the default range and add a bonus to the sweeping attack. Server owners and single-player players who enable cheats can use a command to give themselves a scythe directly. The mod is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, with files for 1.21.5 – 26.3, and it runs on the server alone, while clients may leave it out.
