With ItemSwapper installed, holding a hotkey opens an item switch interface that swaps the item in the main hand for another from the inventory.
What it does
The mod tweaks the inventory system based on a concept video by Xisumavoid. Pressing the hotkey, which defaults to R, opens a switch interface. The options shown depend on the item held in the main hand, and an unmapped item shows no interface at all. Moving the mouse picks an option, and the scroll wheel moves through lists. Releasing the hotkey swaps the selected item into the main hand.
Items can also be drawn from shulker boxes in the inventory, but that part needs the mod or a matching plugin on the server. Paper, Spigot, Bukkit and Purpur are listed as server platforms. The mod is distributed for Fabric, and its Fabric API dependency must be present. Files cover 1.18 – 26.3 across 32 release versions, and snapshot builds are published as well.
The project is open source under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only. Source code and an issue tracker are linked from its listing, and the latest Fabric file, 1.0.0-beta.3-26.3 for 26.3, was published on 2026-09-27 on the beta channel.

A builder holding one block can pull up related blocks from the wheel and swap them into the hand without leaving the view.
