Item Counts shows the total number of an item stack next to the crosshair, on the hotbar, as players carry items.

What it does

When a player looks at or picks up a stack, the total amount of matching items appears beside the crosshair and over the hotbar. The counter also works in inventory screens, covering the main inventory, the off-hand, the other hotbar slots and any open container screen. Installation requires Fabric API and Cloth Config API, and Mod Menu is optional for opening its settings. The mod runs on Fabric only, for 1.18 – 26.1.2, and only the client needs it, so servers run without it. Its code is under the Apache License 2.0 and is open source.
