IPN Rejects
by blackd
IPN Rejects removes the item-use, block-breaking and block-placing cooldowns from the game, so players can act at the rate they want.
What it does
Removing the cooldowns makes creative-mode block removal match a player with Haste 2 and Efficiency 5 in survival. A fifth block of breaking speed is not missed, and the tweaks sit on top of Inventory Profiles Next, which the mod strips of features. The mod suits modpacks and servers, and some features that the original Inventory Profiles added are not carried over. Some cheats and tweaks from the original are included, and some features of the mod are planned for future releases.
The mod runs on Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt and is client-side only, so servers do not need to install it. Required dependencies are Fabric API, Fabric Language Kotlin and libIPN, with Mod Menu optional for its settings screen. The license is a custom one, so the code is not open source, though the source code is public. Files target 1.14.1 – 26.3, and snapshot builds are published as well.
Key features
No item use cooldown
Item use is no longer delayed by a cooldown between one use and the next.

Breaking blocks does not wait for a cooldown after each block is removed.
No block placement cooldown
Placing blocks in quick succession is not slowed by a placement delay.
Creative removal speed
Block removal in creative mode is tuned to match Haste 2 combined with Efficiency 5.

Use cases
Modpacks and servers
Pack makers and server owners can drop cooldowns that players would otherwise hit while building or mining.
Who it’s for: Players who want faster item use and block actions, and pack makers who replace Inventory Profiles Next with a leaner set of tweaks.

What the author says
Some of the "tweaks" of the original Inventory Profiles were more cheats then tweaks. To make Inventory Profiles Next more mod pack/server friendly those features were removed. This mod contains some of them and in future new features may be added.
