HisokaMarkers
by ccapo
HisokaMarkers lets friends share clear world markers on a client-only Fabric setup, with a beam, name and distance shown at each spot.
What it does
A middle-click on a spot in the world places a marker that stays visible through walls, with a colored beam, the sender's name, the distance and the coordinates. Markers sync between players over a message channel provided by a server plugin, so the markers reach friends without any mod being installed on the server itself. Mod Menu handles the adjustments for marker appearance, how long a marker stays, its render distance, its sounds and its chat commands, and Mod Menu's recommended settings cover these as well.
The mod targets Fabric and needs Fabric API and Cloth Config alongside it. It is client-side only, so a player installs it and servers do not need it. Builds cover 1.21 – 1.21.11 across 10 release versions, and the latest file targets 1.21.11. The code is released under the MIT License, and the mod is not open source in the sense of publishing its full source as a project.
Key features
Shared world markers
Markers are placed in the world and seen by friends who run the mod, in the style of team ping systems.
See-through beam
A middle-click marks a spot with a beam that stays visible through walls, labeled with a name and distance.
Radial friend wheel
Holding the key opens a radial wheel with player heads, so the sender picks a recipient for a marker.
Built-in friend manager
Friends can be added, removed and reordered inside the mod, without leaving the game.
Customizable appearance
Players can tune how markers look, how long they persist, how far they render, which sounds they make and which chat commands trigger them, all from the Mod Menu screen.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Players who play on servers or with friends and want markers visible to a chosen group. Server owners need nothing extra, since syncing runs over the existing message channel.
